Most of our guests come to the spa to relax, and so we do ask that you observe just a few rules in respecting the spa environment. Please remember to turn off all cell phones and pagers while visiting the spa. For your convenience there is a phone available at the front desk, and our staff will gladly take messages while you enjoy your treatment undisturbed. And while you are certainly welcome to engage in quiet conversation, please refrain from talking loudly while other guests relax and unwind in our lounge area.

Your time with us is precious. Please take full advantage of your visit by arriving fifteen minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time to change before your treatment and to enjoy our facility and relax in our lounge area.

Please do not bring food into the spa. You are welcome to help yourself to snacks or beverages at our health bar. However, for groups of seven or more, our event coordinator will be happy to arrange for catering.

While we love kids, Bella Santé is a place where Moms and Dads come to rest and unwind. We ask that you make babysitting arrangements prior to your visit so you can enjoy the spa without your little ones.
