When calling for reservations, have your credit card number handy. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours ahead of time; 48 hours for multiple services.

At Bella Santé, your spa experience begins with your first phone call. Our concierges will be happy to assist you in choosing the ideal treatment for YOU, or to schedule the perfect combination of services for your spa day. Scheduling spa services will take just a few moments of your time to ensure that everything will be just right for you.

Bella Santé does adhere to a 24 hour cancellation policy. We ask that you provide 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling all appointments. Otherwise, we do charge fully for missed appointments. A credit card is required to schedule spa services, so please have your card available when calling.
