Sara Lahey began her career with Bella Sante in 2002. Shortly thereafter, she became the manager of the Newbury Street location. In 2006, as company growth accelerated along with the need for new systems and processes, Sara was promoted to the position of Vice President of Operations. Sara is responsible for the operation, direction, productivity for the company’s three spas, and more than one hundred employees as well as the development of employee training programs, the launch of new products and services, and the creation of operational standards that significantly raise the level of customer service.
Today, Sara is leading the Bella Sante team to even greater success.
Caroline Bradford | Wellesley Spa Director

Caroline Bradford began her career with Bella Sante in 2003. After graduating from Boston University and majoring in journalism and psychology, she decided to apply for a job as a concierge at Bella Sante Newbury while she continued to pursue a career in journalism. Having always possessed an abnormal love of skincare and beauty products, and an interest in health and wellness, Caroline found Bella Sante to be a perfect fit. Caroline moved from concierge to Head Concierge at our Newbury location, and then became the Director of Guest Relations. In 2006, Caroline took on the role of Spa Director at our Lexington location. She has since completed course work to become a Certified Spa Supervisor, as well as attended classes at two International Spa Association conferences and various other industry trainings.
Having spent time working at all three of our locations, Caroline has developed a real passion not only for the spa industry itself, but for Bella Sante's unique commitment to guest service. She truly enjoys getting to know each and every one of our guests, and helping to improve their spa experience in any way possible.
Jessica O'Brien | Lexington Spa Director

Jessica O’Brien has always had a passion for service and the achievement of “full body” wellness. Her wellness philosophy started 15 years ago with her Personal Training business focused on women’s health and nutrition. Later her work as a Massage Therapist and Master Class Presenter exposed her to a variety of wellness environments and experiences which helped shape her high standards in guest services. Before joining Bella Sante, Jessica was also part of the administration at the Muscular Therapy Institute, one of the country’s leading massage therapy institutions.
Jessica, who is a dual citizen of the United States and Ireland, earned an Undergraduate degree from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island, her Massage Therapy Certification from Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge Massachusetts and additional post bachelor studies from University of Rhode Island and Rhode Island Community College. At Bella Sante, The Spa in Wellesley, Jessica believes if we have provided our guests with the ultimate experience beyond their expectation level then they in turn will want to share the gift of their experience with others.
Emma Bonia | Director of Purchasing and Inventory

Emma began working in our Boston location in 1999 and was awarded Employee of the Year in 2002. She has held several different position within Bella Sante. After earning her degree in Business Management and Accounting from Gibbs College, she was promoted to her current position of Director of Purchasing and Inventory. She is an incredibly dynamic and integral part of our team.
