I recently went in for a pedicure before a big event. The pedicurist was very professional and seemed to be a perfectionist. Unfortunately, within hours of getting home, I smudged my big toe helping my husband move something. Fortunately, when I called, they were very accommodating and redid the toe the next day free of charge, no questions asked!

“I have to utter the disclaimer that I am really not a spa person. The principle is fundamentally appealing, but when I'm handed the robe and the plastic shoes and given mind boggling instructions for the locker, I seize up. It may be because I don't get into the whole wax-depilate-botox-exfoia te-revitalize work hard on your skin-makeup-bikini line mantra. I also have really sensitive skin that doesn't like to be pinched, extracted and otherwise beaten on. Nonetheless, the wonderful people in my life continue to periodically give me gift certs for spas (hint?) My cousin sent me to Bella Sante for a facial, and it was wonderful. It was relaxing, I didn't get the "you're in your 40s you need all these products and your skin is the Sahel because you've neglected it" lecture. Sarah, the esthetician, did not push products at all, but I asked about an exfoliator. Despite the suburban local, I was not made to feel like something the cat dragged in (even though I was clearly a bit rough around the edges compared to the other ladies there). And I did manage to work the locker without help this time”.

Griselda creates the perfect color, Janna is amazing at creating a cut that grows out well.  Even the spa director Caroline went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my services.  I have been going there for awhile and they recently changed color lines~they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!"

“This is actually the first review I've ever written online about anything, but I had such a wonderful experience at Bella Sante tonight, and I often look to these reviews to try to find "the best," so I thought it was only fair to share.  I had a facial with Lori and she is fantastic.

First of all, I was running late due to horrendous traffic and Lori was so nice about fitting in as much of a full facial as possible.  She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the facial and did an excellent job with my really sensitive skin.  I get very nervous about the concept of facials (due to one facial about 10 years ago that did not go well) and Lori kindly answered all of my questions and knew exactly the right steps to take to improve my sensitive skin.  After a seriously stressful day at work, she really helped me to relax and I completely trust her expertise (and I am a skeptical perfectionist, so that is a big statement).  She was also happy to consult with me afterwards about which products she would recommend, and she was not pushy about products at all but simply helpful and informative.  In sum, I HIGHLY recommend that those of you looking for an amazing facial go to Lori at Bella Sante (on Newbury)....she's the best!” 

“I cannot tell you how fantastic my massage was yesterday. I travel a lot and always book myself a massage in the genre of the area.  I have been to Bella Sante many times and always enjoyed my treatments there. But on Sunday, something magical happened.....Melissa! She was warm and inviting from the moment she meet me in the waiting area. She listened to me and my body concerns and immediately knew what she wanted to do for me. She introduced me to bamboo. She worked ever tight muscle and removed many hard knots from my body. She used her hands and "magic sticks" with precision and care. She knew when to check in and when to let me doze. Her passion for her craft is amazing. I got dressed and knew I needed more Melissa in my life. I booked myself another appointment on my way out. So I am in countdown mode until Melissa and I are reunited”.  

“I have had facials here a few times and although pricey, they are completely worth it! The location is easy to get to if you don't have a car. The front desk is always extremely helpful in booking appointments. Although the space isn't huge, it is relaxing and well laid out. The waiting area has comfortable chairs and several fruit infused waters that make the whole experience great from the very beginning.

I tried the basic, mat and pure, as well as the antioxidant facials. The antioxidant was my favorite because it had more of a deep cleanse and exfoliation, which was great for my problem skin. I have had facials with Sarah P. and Jacqueline and they were both excellent. Sarah gave me better product recommendations, but I would go to either again.

The price is a little steep but I look out for deals on their twitter and email list, and they'll often have 20% off. They also give you 10% off if you book your next appointment at the time of your current appointment.” – NT

Bella Sante is fabulous. Located on the second floor of a Newbury Street building, it has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The front desk attendants are always pleasant and helpful when they greet you, and will often remember your name and spa treatment with no prompting throughout your time there. The locker room is small, but well-kept, with digital lockers and nice showers. They also provide all the amenities you might want - shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, hair gel, etc. The robes are comfortable and clean. The lounge has soft chairs and an assortment of fruit-infused waters and small, healthy snacks, as well as magazines for perusing while you wait. The whole place is clean and nice.

I've gone there for a number of facials and one massage. All of the technicians I've had have been extremely professional and conscientious. They ask questions about any concerns you have, and really seem to address your specific needs. They aren't too chatty, either, so you can really relax during your treatment. The treatment rooms are very comfortable - small, with a heated bed, low lighting, and soft music. All treatments seem to start with a few deep breaths of armoatherapy, which is lovely, and even the facials have at least a small massage component - hands, feet, etc. The technicians work very hard to make you comfortable.

They are not terribly pushy with purchasing products, which I respect. Ususally you come out of a facial with a few reccomendations from the technician for your skin, which they leave up front for you in a basket. At checkout, while you're paying, the attendant will go over the recommendations and give you prices, but they've never tried to "talk me into" buying, or anything like that.

Also, I've almost always been able to get a same-day appointment there when I needed an immediate pick-me-up - they are very accomodating! I would recommend Bella Sante to anyone!

I visit Bella Sante on a regular basis for eyebrow waxing and facials. Sarah is the best and can always bring my skin back to life when it really needs some detox! She is also very meticulous when it comes to perfecting the eyebrow shape. This place always smells really nice and it's so enjoyable to sit in the waiting room even for a few minutes when I'm just popping in for eyebrow waxing. I love their green tea infused with fruits! My husband also gets massages on a regular basis and won't go anywhere else. Everyone once and a while I'll splurge on a manicure because they truly are the best in Boston. My french manicures can last 2 weeks beautifully and the pedicures are very enjoyable as well. Exhale is a comparable spa in terms of experience and quality of treatments, but it is noticeably more expensive which is why I chose Bella Sante first.

What a wonderful experience! My daughter surprised my husband and I with a spa day at Bella Sante. The moment we walked in the door we were greeted by the friendliest staff. This was such a treat, our services were absolutely wonderful and left us feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and pampered from head to toe!

Nicole has been taking care of me for years now. She takes her job seriously and will pay attention to any and all details that can affect your skin. Because of her and her amazing service, my skin will be youthful and amazing for years.

Had my hair colored and cut at Bella Sante. Jana did an excellent job!! She really knows about hair and teaches you on the best way to maintain it. The surroundings are ultra luxurious and everything is extremely clean and neat.

I love this place! Finally found a nice spa in the 'burbs! Bella Sante is conveniently located in a shopping district with ample parking. The elevator ride to start your experience is pretty awkward but then you enter an oasis. Nice neutral colors as you walk in and a friendly host to welcome you.

The locker area is VERY CLEAN and they keep it clean. The locker section is pretty cramped so I changed into my robe and slippers in the bathroom so my bum wouldn't be in another person's face.

The waiting area is a nice, dark waiting area with comfy leather couches and nice cucumber water to sip.

Danielle was my therapist and she was great. She attended to areas I requested on and she was very quiet in her routine. The beds were AWESOME! None of those wooden squeaky beds. It was heated!

The best part is when Danielle calmed my muscles with a hot towel on my back and then a hot towel on my feet! YES! She gave me advice at the end of my massage on how to relieve some stress on my legs.

The sauna is the size of a coat closet but the showers were great! Waterfall like shower-heads and side spray shower heads. The best.
They provide toiletries such as shavers, qtips and have hair dryers.

Can't wait to go back and try other services!”

I was due for my weekly facial and decided to give Bella Sante a try base on all the wonderful reviews on Yelp. I walk away a very satisfield customer. I will definitely be returning for future facials. They have wonderful packages to choose from. I got an awesome facial there! The place was beautiful & the people were friendly & very professional! They are on my top 10 list of great spa's in Natick/Wellesly area. Thanks Bella Sante for a great facial.
